Hilton Head - Here I Come

I will be leaving for vacation tomorrow, May 29th, and not returning until June 12th. I will be checking voicemails and emails periodically. You can find me by the pool (the kids don't like to get sand on them). We usually spend 1 or 2 days at the beach and one of which I will get the girls walking on the beach in the early morning light. I have now joined Facebook and I love it. It is a great tool to keep up with my past, present and future clients. I will be using it as well as this here blog to post preview of proofs and to let people know what is going on. Also, I will use it to notify people of upcoming events and specials. The week in review

This past week has been a blur. I had so much fun with these kiddos.

Miss R. turned 1. I did her 6 week pictures last year and cannot believe she is already a year old.

She had a great time destroying the cake.

Oh My Goodness! I have been so busy lately and totally forgot to update this blog. I am going to try and do it weekly. I just put in my calendar. Over the past couple months I have gotten the chance to meet some very wonderful people and my business is growing leaps and bounds. I just wanted to say Thank you to all my new clients and to those who have been with me since the beginning. Thanks and keep having those babies. See you soon.

Yes, over the past few days I felt like that episode of South Park where the world went crazy without the internet. The only communication I have with the outside world is my cell phone. I would have gone crazy without that. I am back to checking my e-mail and messages daily. Talk to you soon.

Update on Moving Day

We finally have a closing date which is tomorrow. So we will be refininshing hardwood floors and painting lots of rooms before next Friday , then we will move next weekend. I am going to keep my commitment to the sessions that I have scheduled for next week, but will not be taking any more until June 14th. That should give me time to get my studio painted and set up. Please be patient with me in returning e-mails and phone calls. We will not have internet service there until next Friday.

Moving Day - Week

We will be moving the first week of June. We wanted Molly to finish school before we move. Mike had already taken off that week for vacation. So we will have to schedule a vacation for later in the summer. Those of you that have appointments scheduled through the end of May they will be at my house on Roundway Down Lane (please excuse the mess) and I will not be taking appointments for the first week of June. The studio will be one of the first rooms set up so I can get back to taking pictures.

An outing with my girls

We had so much fun yesterday. We went to UK's Aboretum, Waveland and then Mike met us for a late picnic at the park. Spending time with my family is my favorite thing in the world. Just watching them play and not have a care in the world. There is nothing like it.

Moving

We are going to be moving over the next couple months, when I find out an exact date I will let everyone know. Our new house is off Man O War near Harrodsburg Rd. I will still operate my studio out of my home. Over the next couple years we will be building a studio over garage. Here are a few pictures of my new house. (It is an old house that needs some TLC). We are all really excited about the move.

We are never moving again. (I hope) Keep us in your prayers and if you know anyone who is looking in the Hamburg area for a beautiful home.

Upgrades on Website

I (with help of course) have made many upgrades to my website. You will be able to veiw your images through a gallery within my site as opposed to going to a different site. Also you will be able to place and pay for your order through my site. I now accept all major credit cards and paypal. You can view all my product. It also has one of my favorite childhood songs.
